The Posh boss did, however, point out the reasons why the side are not taking points from games.
Neil Danns scored a goal in each half to earn the Eagles a 2-0 win at Selhurst Park and leave Posh firmly rooted to the foot of the Championship table.
"I can't question my players' effort and commitment," Cooper siad after the game.
"They worked their socks off all game.
"But, when we have our spells in the game, we don't score and when we come under a little bit of pressure we concede.
"That's not a recipe for success."
