However, Gannon is unsure about relocating his family from Stockport and he told BBC Look East: "I think it's important that I make the situation clear so we can start planning for next season.
"Maybe by the end of the week it will be a prudent time to make a decision."
He added: "I had a second opportunity to sit down with the family this weekend and reflect. You have to sleep on things and chat them over and it's a very difficult decision either way."
