The midfielder told Iron Player: "They beat us very easily at their place that day.
"It will be difficult because they've got a new manager in now and their form has picked up.
"It's going to be a tough game for us but we're at home and we've got to make the best of what we can do."
Scunthorpe claimed a 2-1 win at fellow strugglers Plymouth Argyle on Saturday to climb out of the Championship relegation zone and will be keen to boost their survival prospects with another three points.
