Rowe expects to be fit for Bury

Although he only returned to training on Monday, Rowe is confident he will be fit enough to start.

Rowe told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "I've always been a player who once I've been injured wants to get back in the side as soon as possible."

The ex-Stockport man joined the Posh as a left-winger, but has been used primarily as a left-back during his time at London Road.

With loanee Marcus Williams unavailable for the FA Cup, Rowe provides an option having already occupied the role on several occasions this season.

"This injury has gone on for a while so I want to give the manager a selection problem," he said.

"I just need to get used to working with the lads again, rather than just running."
