Paul Coutts has been named in the Scotland Under 21 squad for the upcoming UEFA European Championship Qualifier against Azerbaijan.
The Posh midfielder has been named in Scotland Under 21 coach Billy Stark's 20-man squad for the away game in Baku on Saturday, 14th November.
